N’teriors is a two-day intensive strategy retreat created especially for designers. We’ve worked with designers like you and understand the specific pain points you have to navigate. Our goal is to set you up for the 2023 fiscal year with immense clarity and energy instead of chaos and overwhelm.

  • First we gather virtually to complete your SWOT, meet other attendees and get aligned before the weekend.

    • We start the weekend with Vision editing + crafting our purpose statements.

    Brooke is a certified leadership coach. She will equip you with tools and coaching throughout the retreat that you can apply in your day to day life.

    We believe having a trusted cohort of likeminded designers is a key to your long term success.

    We require Pre & Post Retreat calls to ensure you’re fully equipped going in and coming out of the weekend.

Brooke been consulting with companies and creating offsite experiences for the past decade! Brooke has worked with iconic brands such as lululemon and Magnolia. She is a certified coach and has hundreds of hours of facilitating and training experience.

She is a mom of two boys, an avid sweater and lover of nature. You can find her living out her purpose daily, cultivating health within organizations at scale.

THE DETAILS

  • WHO & WHEN

    You and a Teammate for three days and two nights.

    November 5-7, 2022

  • ACCOMMODATIONS

    The Story House & The Sterling House in Waco, Texas will be our home base for the weekend.

    We’ll host three companies per home for a total of six design groups.

    Each company will have a private room and bathroom.

  • TRAVEL

    If you’re coming in from out of state we recommend flying into Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport (DFW) or the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

  • COMMITMENT

    This retreat is all-inclusive for $5650 .

    This includes two attendees, all meals + cocktails, housing, and the n’teriors curriculum.
